Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
• The product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all labels intact.

Return Process

• A return request will be processed within 2-3 business days.
• We will arrange a reverse pickup (where available). Otherwise, customers need to ship the item back.

Refund Process

• Once the return is received and inspected, refunds will be initiated within 7-10 business days.
• Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
